Sage X3 ERP, formerly known as Sage Business Cloud Enterprise Management, is an ERP software suite that includes integrated functionality for financial management, sales, customer service, distribution, inventory, manufacturing, and business intelligence.

Sage X3 ERP is web-based, browser-agnostic, and responsive on mobile devices. At the same time, it is also available to be deployed on-premises and as a service in the AWS cloud managed by Sage or a partner-provisioned cloud.

Our software is configurable to company requirements, user roles, and preferences. Visual processes, automated workflows and alerts, document management, and communication tools are features available in the system. It is designed to support multi-language global organizations with multiple companies, multiple sites, currencies, and legislations. Customizable add-on tools extend software capabilities, and it interfaces with third-party software, including CRM, WMS, and e‑commerce, offering real-time insights.

Sage X3 ERP Discrete is broad enough to support all of the planning, scheduling, and production control activities required by mid-sized companies in manufacturing, yet is flexible enough to adapt to different manufacturing modes, including make-to-order, configure-to-order, assemble-to-order, make-to-stock, and mixed-mode environments required by many manufacturing industries. Fully integrated with the Sales, CRM, Purchasing, Inventory, and Accounting components, the industry-leading functionality of Sage X3 ERP offers a choice of production management methods — by job, order, or inventory. Technical data can be defined by price lists, cost centers, stations, and a production process sheet management function.

Sage X3 ERP also provides monitoring of stock quantities, a management control function with the calculation of forecast and actual costs, a finite capacity production scheduling function, a planning function incorporating a production coordination program, an analysis of net requirements, and an overall production management function. Various performance indicators are available, ensuring optimum industrial production quality and traceability for greater efficiency.

Sage X3 ERP Technology

Sage X3 ERP is built on the Sage Application Framework for the Enterprise platform (SAFE). This SOA/Web-native platform provides users with best-in-class collaboration capabilities in either client/server or Web mode, as well as an integrated business intelligence engine and data warehouse by Business Objects™, a flexible 2nd generation workflow engine, and includes a 4GL development environment for enterprise-specific developments or custom vertical applications by VARs.

Sage Sage X3 ERP Manufacturing for Discrete and Process Manufacturing’s multi-tier architecture scales up to 1,100 users and benchmarks up to 1,500 users. The system runs equally well on Windows, Unix (AIX), or Linux (Red Hat) with either Oracle 11g or Microsoft SQL 2008 databases.
