Materials Management Module

Priority provides logistics companies with fully-integrated supply chain management to optimize logistics networks, manage transportation and warehousing operations and provide other value-added services to their customers. This sector-specific solution includes fleet management, WMS (Warehouse Management System), mobile Proof of Delivery (POD) application, sales analysis and more.

Support for mobile devices, barcode labeling & RFID tags

Warehouse staff can now conveniently access relevant data from their mobile devices at any time and from any location, enabling them to make smarter decisions in real time, improving efficiency across the board. Real-time task assignments and execution tracking as tasks are completed, significantly reduces workflow turnaround time, boost warehouse efficiency and include these highlights: 

• Updates task’s data/details according to actual task performance
• To initiate new tasks, warehouse staff can use their mobile device 
• Easily print barcode labels with 3^rd-party apps – e.g. BarTender
• Access/view inventory levels for specific warehouse and/or part

Picking and Shipping

Priority generates picking/shipping waves for various customers, orders or order items required to prepare/pack items for shipment. In accordance with distribution routes, waves of pick tasks can be generated for specific orders, with tasks limited to a maximum volume.

Receiving & Put-Away

This module supports deliveries at the shipping docks verified according to the corresponding goods receiving voucher (GRV), which can be Advanced Shipping Notice (ASNs) or other relevant shipping documents. Line items in the GRV are conveniently linked corresponding Palletization tasks, with actual received quantities vs. planned quantities in an automatically generated report. Related put-away tasks may also be generated according to part, part family, storage area, turnover or the amount of SKU’s in the same location.Receiving & Put-Away

Replenishment

To ensure sufficient warehouse inventory, the system supports replenishment waves to effectively handle fast-moving items according to stock level strategies, turnover strategies, storage area and more. Also includes hot replenishment that instantly replenishes stock from ​“next in line” storage. Easily activated as soon as warehouse staff realize there is an empty bin while carrying out a pick task.

Traceability

Supports dual units of measure whereby tasks specify precise weight/number of crates, with both upstream and downstream traceability of serialized parts through the entire receipt and delivery process, including receipt, put-away, warehouse transfers, picking and delivery. Lot components are managed by lot genealogy, including where the components are used, with attributes maintained when lots are split, merged or transferred internally.
