    • Our inecta ERP system streamlines your workflow by presenting a filtered list of items that require your attention, ensuring efficiency and precision in action. It calculates demand based on scheduled sales orders, production jobs, and indirect requirements — the materials needed as determined by the Bill of Materials for final products. This means that even without production jobs, material requirements for specific raw materials are determined, considering scheduled sales orders. 
      The system also evaluates item demand from sales orders, production jobs, or reorder points, projecting the use of intermediates and raw materials based on this demand and the active default bills of materials.
      Furthermore, inecta ERP offers two distinct views of supply and demand:
      A single bucket view, which may be filtered by time, displays all supply and demand, including unscheduled purchases and orders without due dates.
      Multiple time buckets (days, weeks, months) based on the due dates of purchase, job, and sales orders, ideal for items with significant lead times.
      Additionally, users have the capability to create purchase orders and jobs directly from the MRP, enhancing operational efficiency and responsiveness.

inecta food ERP streamlines returns management within a single system, ensuring a smooth process and complete visibility for both you and your customers. Returns can be initiated by either a customer service representative or directly by customers through the Customer Center, where they can generate and route Return Management Authorization (RMA) forms for approval, simplifying the returns experience.
