The Company: About Midway Swiss Turn

Midway Swiss Turn is a Swiss-Type CNC Screw Machining and Turned Parts company started by entrepreneur James Rahz, the now president of this family-owned business. Beginning in 1977 in Ohio, this manufacturing company has employees with over 50 years of experience in the machining trade. Midway Swiss Turn prides itself on providing quality parts while maintaining a “small company” atmosphere.

The Situation: Transition to the Cloud

While E2 Pro helped Midway Swiss Turn automate and develop a more efficient paperless process, JobBOSS² became instrumental in quickly adapting processes during the COVID-19 pandemic. Current CEO Jayme Rahz says, “The push to transition to the cloud was just what we needed to react to COVID changes. We could manage much of the shop’s activity from home.
